The Evans & Partners Australian Flagship Fund will offer investors exposure to a concentrated portfolio of Australian equities. The portfolio will comprise investments in 20 to 40 of Australia's most attractive publicly-listed companies as assessed by Evans and Partners Investment Management Pty Limited, that have been carefully selected to deliver sustainable earnings growth and returns on capital.

The Fund will target annual cash distributions of 5% and will operate a distribution reinvestment plan that will allow investors to reinvest up to the Target Distribution in additional Units in the Fund at a 5% discount to the NAV. At its discretion, the full cost of the discount will be paid for by the Responsible Entity (Walsh & Company) in its personal capacity.

It is anticipated that EFF will list on the ASX during June 2018.

How many funds is to many funds, these guys all seem to just offer more of the same with no point of difference.

I would be surprised if they raise any money in excess of 100m, I assume the advisory business will try and seed as much of it as possible. The investment committee is a joke, these guys have very little experience, only an idiot would invest in this product.
