Strategic Engagements to Advance Exploration at Halls Peak Gold Antimony Project

Highlights
• Appointment of highly experienced geological consultants to assist the Company expediting targeted exploration and permitting objectives, focused primarily on following up recently identified antimony and gold targets.
• Mayview Homestead prospect returned high-grade results of up to 52.3% Sb and 2.71 g/t Au, located some 2.7km southeast from Larvotto Resources’ Hillgrove Antimony-Gold operations in the New England area, New South Wales.
• Mr Michal Leu (45+ years experience) and Mr Paul Degeling (50+ years experience) bring extensive technical and regional expertise, including 43 years of combined experience in the New England Fold Belt.
• Consultants have played instrumental roles in previous discoveries, drilling programs, and regional mineral system studies.
• Halls Peak exploration licenses 4474 and 7679 renewed for a further 6 and 4 years, respectively

Maiden Drilling Applications Lodged for High-Priority Antimony-Gold Targets at Mayview, Halls Peak

Critical Resources Limited announces the lodgement of two Assessable Prospecting Operation applications with the NSW Resources Regulator, enabling the Company to commence its maiden drilling campaign across two highly prospective gold-antimony targets within the Halls Peak Project.

The two applications cover:
- Mayview Homestead Prospect (EL9428): program includes up to 12 RC drill holes targeting high-grade antimony-gold mineralisation identified in historic dumps and quartz-stibnite vein systems.
- Amoco Grid (EL9293): program includes up to 12 RC drill holes targeting interpreted fault intersections coincident with historic rock chip results up to 17.9 g/t Au, 12.9 g/t Au, and 10.4 g/t Au, within a 1km-long geochemical anomaly.

Both programs are designed to test Hillgrove-style orogenic mineral systems, with targets defined via high-resolution airborne magnetics, structural reinterpretation, and geochemical validation.

Maiden Drilling Permit Granted
- Amoco Gold-Antimony Project
- Approvals have been received from the NSW Resources Regulator for the maiden Reverse Circulation drill program at Critical Resources’ Amoco Gold-Antimony Project.
- A priority area at Amoco has been identified through rock samples up to 17.9 g/t Au, antimony up to 0.53% Sb, and silver up to 80 g/t Ag, located on interpreted structural corridors.
- Amoco is located ~19km southeast of the Larvotto Resources (ASX:LRV) Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Project and ~14km east of the structural corridor hosting Koonenberry Gold’s (ASX: KNB) Enmore Gold Project.
- Soil-geochemistry assay results across the Amoco priority area are expected in early Septemberto support drill targeting with the maiden RC drill program to follow.
- Application for exploration program at Mayview Antimony Project is progressing with the NSW Resources Regulator alongside active discussions with the landowner for access agreements.

Critical Resources to launch maiden drilling at Amoco gold–antimony project

Critical Resources is preparing to commence its maiden drilling program at the Amoco gold–antimony project in New South Wales. Mobilisation is scheduled for late September, with drilling to begin in early October targeting a structural corridor with high-grade surface assays of up to 17.9 g/t gold. Fieldwork has already identified new mineralised zones, and soil-geochemistry results are pending to refine drill targeting.

Amoco lies in the New England Fold Belt, near other significant antimony–gold projects, underscoring its potential. The company also continues advancing its Canadian lithium (Mavis Lake) and Australian base metals (Halls Peak) projects
