Comsec recently 'upgraded' their website, and they now require you to use a 'client ID' to log in. Has anyone had any problems logging in since this change?
I got my client ID and created a password, and the next time I tried to log in, it kept saying I was entering the incorrect information. I was pretty adamant that I had my client ID and password correct (ID was provided by them in an email; password stored in my mobile phone).
But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted that I got it wrong, so just had my password reset. And now it still doesn't work!!!
