Commsec login problems?

Comsec recently 'upgraded' their website, and they now require you to use a 'client ID' to log in. Has anyone had any problems logging in since this change?

I got my client ID and created a password, and the next time I tried to log in, it kept saying I was entering the incorrect information. I was pretty adamant that I had my client ID and password correct (ID was provided by them in an email; password stored in my mobile phone).

But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted that I got it wrong, so just had my password reset. And now it still doesn't work!!!

I haven't noticed any upgrade but was looking for one when others here said there was one happening. Log in is still as usual too with that being either ..... CommSec ID or A/C No. and Password.

I called up last week to tell them my problem, they took my number down and said they'd call me back.

They haven't. Lucky I'm not a trader.

I manage several commsec accounts for family, some have migrated to the new platform some have not.

If you have any issues I suggest you call the 1300 number, ID yourself which will validate the Client ID and then ask for the passwords to be reset. When you log in next time you will be asked to enter passwords. On the one account that we had issues with that solved the problem.
