Noticed someone ask a question about Appendix 3B Announcements in the AUM thread today, they were obviously confused about them.
So I thought I would ask the question/s:
Why are they needed? does ASX enforce them to be made? (as they appear quite often in alot of stocks) & what info can we get out of them? what do they tell us about the stock?
