'fat finger' or a deliberate short as a prelude to a take-over offer ( i have seen that before elsewhere as well )

( short the heck out of it and offer a 20% premium over the current share price )

i am still up more than 65% here so am NOT rushing to add more )

the best 'spoof' ( or 'fat finger ' ) i have noticed on the ASX

was on a micro-cap. in just one sell order , was an order to sell more than 300% of the issued shares !

i waited and waited ( luckily without holding my breath ) for the ASX to lodge a query

needless to say i was cheerily heartily when those Redditers launched a short squeeze on GameStop

140% of the stock short-sold , how crazy,greedy is that ?

that is just begging to be punished

Austin Engineering Limited (ASX: ANG, ‘Austin’ or ‘the Company’) advises of the appointment of Sarah Wilson as Company Secretary, effective today.
Ms Wilson’s appointment follows the resignation of Katina Nadebaum as Company Secretary, effective today.
Ms Wilson is an experienced company secretary with 10 years corporate advisory and corporate governance role experience.Ms Nadebaum has served as Austin’s Company Secretary for four years and is stepping down to focus on other company secretarial commitments.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Nadebaum for her significant contribution to Austin Engineering and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Ms Wilson will be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to all Listing Rule matters in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
