AFL footy tips done for this week's round.
Surely I can't have another dismal week last the last couple.
Though I have picked with the brain and not the heart this week.
Favourites have been given the flick if i think they aren't good enough.
 
Once again I have started the weekend of AFL footy off to a good start.
I picked Geelong to win by 11 points and in fact the margin was 14.
Only need to continue in this vein and I might have a reasonable tipping weekend.
 
For the first time in quite a while I managed to tip 9/9 and to cap it off the number of points for the winning margin in Thursday night's game I was only 3 points over.

I managed 7/9 which is as good as I get
 
Tips submitted for this weekends AFL games
Only 7 to be played
I am hoping that my tipping prowess carries on from last weeks effort.
 
In tonight's AFL game I picked Brisbane to beat Essendon.
MY winning margin was 23 points when The Lions actually won by 18.
Off to a good start this week.
 
Going OK in the tipping so far this week 2/2, fingers crossed for the rest of the weekend
 
Interesting to see the Dockers have selected Nat Fyfe to play this week.

He'll have to fly over to the Gold Coast to do it. Long road trip.

Just got home and its half way through the 3rd quarter. Pretty even game at this point.
I think that Nat Fyffe's best days are long behind him.
At best a WAFL player.
 
Tipping so far this weekend has been pretty god. The only exception has the the Suns v Dockers.
Initially I picked the Dockers, and then decided that the game being played at the Gold Coast, would more than likely favour the home team.
Sadly for me, the Dockers maintain their good win/loss record at this oval.
Currently 4/5.
 
Finished this current round of AFL footy with 5/7.
Only die-hard Saints would have picked this mob to win and i didn't.
With the Dockers I originally picked them and then changed to Gold Coast thinking it's a home game for them and that would give them the upper hand.
Goes to prove, stay with the original pick and keep it.
 
Submitted this week's tips for the AFL.
A bit harder this round to be sure of a winner.
 
Had a change of mind about the Nth Melb and Eagles game this afternoon.
Originally picked North but at the last minute, literally, switched to the Eagles for a win.
So close yet so far away.
The last half of 4th quarter was too much for them.
5/7 so far.
 
AFL round just completed. I managed 6/8 and if I hadn't gone with the Eagles as a last minute change would have been a much better result.

same here, stayed about the same in the tipping comp so that is the average for this round

I have tipped 77 winners so far, some smart ass has tipped 87, bloody showoff

I'm sitting on 75, but have gone against the Dockers a few times only to see them win and done the opposite and backed the Eagles to win only to see them also lose.
