Ariana Resources is an AIM-listed mineral exploration and development company with interests in active mining projects and investments in exploration companies.

Its current interests include a major gold development project in Zimbabwe, gold production in Türkiye and copper-gold silver and zinc exploration and development projects in Cyprus and Kosovo.

The Company also has a 100% interest in Asgard Metals Pty Ltd, a company which invests in discovery-stage mineral exploration companies located across the Eastern Hemisphere and within easy reach of the Company’s operational hubs in Australia, Türkiye, UK and Zimbabwe.

It is anticipated that AA2 will list on the ASX during September 2025.
