2025 Full Year Stock Tipping Competiton

Aye, that was a bad'un. Reminds me of the time I had a touch of pleurisy. They put me in a heart lung machine to help me breathe. The physio came in asked me to get up and carry the machine while walking around the ward! Even charged me extra to open the bloody doors!

That was tough un. Thou, not as bad as the one I had. I was on the operating table and the physio had me woken up. Told me to hold every thing in and walk around the table. After the op he charged me and the operating team for his time.

Aye, those were the days.

Now, can we get back to the topic of the CY25 comp please.

.. i was trying to ease in the members for the possibility that the rest of the year could be a heart-stopper ( in either a good or BAD way )

currently ( by my calculations i have three green/one red pick ) but i expect some BIG changes later in the year

keep your medications close folks you may need them quickly

To all those waiting to see the results for 2025 comp I hate to dissapoint but I have been plonked into hospital and got my prostate removed.
Not sure when I am home but it probably won’t be till Sunday at best, but most likely later.
Will get em out when I get back to the puter.
Mick
@mullokintyre I truly hope that the operation is successful.
My brother and very close friend both have had the op and has proven to be successful.
Time is the important factor in the recovery. Not to be rushed.
So Mick, or should I say, the one lazing on the hospital bed, I have submitted my comments, useless as they are on FMG, WES, WBC and PLS.
Hope to see you posting soon.

Get well soon Mick. Don't waste time on us until you're better. Hope this helps.

@Logique2 seems to have 4 green , currently

very nice work in a tumultuous market

and thanks @peter2 my results look about right ( i didn't check the others ) i am just happy to be mostly green ( since i don't intend to buy more of any of my yearly comp. tips

Wow. Haven’t checked in for a couple of weeks and was going to apologise for being late with my updates.
@mullokintyre health is way more important than all else. Speedy recovery to you.
@farmerge a good connection with your physio helps a lot in recovery after heart surgery. I should know having been ripped open twice. Luckily had same physio and was up and going in rapid time. Had lung removed 10 years later, same hospital, same physio. She was now running the ward and took time to out to look after me again. Forever grateful

In my case I seem to have struck 2 who were more interested in "just how good am I".
What they had me to do I had already reached that stage but it fell on deaf ears.
I was/am more inclined to take notice of the surgeons at this point in time.
Don't push to hard and listen to your body.
With that in mind, I am doing pretty well.
If the physios came out to the farm with me, I don't think they could keep up with me in the 1.5/2 hour bursts that I work to now.

First of all, my great appreciation to Peter2 for stepping in and doing an update for the end of May .
the good news is that I am still alive, back home, and off the cocktail of drugs they were experimenting on.
The bad news is that I may have to go back in for the kiddies to have another go at me.
In he meantime, keep posting as the very existence of OGL depends on it.

those experimental ( and cutting edge ) drugs can be a real can of worms , i remember having to go through each and every one to check out what mine clashed with , stuff like garlic , citric acid , reduce potassium intake etc etc

i remember the squirming and cringing by the pharmacists when they heard i was having melanomas removed while still on maximum doses of blood thinners .

i hope your second trip to cutting table , works out well for you and you recover quickly

The drug cocktail is not pleasant. Been there and the memory of them is still very vivid.
