Can I please get some assistance with this?

I just wanted to get up to speed on how this would be entered in a tax return, just in case my accountant isn't up to speed I can help lead them on the right path. Trying to save myself some accountant fees really!

They usually issue tax advise soon after wards...if not just treat it as a sale, disposal of shares.
