I have refrained from posting the Yearly comp results as barely half the participants have posted something in each thread on their 4 stocks chosen.
The whole point of these comps is to generate traffic and thus keep the forum hot.
I will have a conversation with the members who are putting up the prize es as to how they want things to go forward.

Understandably, coming to the end of the year some people out of contention may reduce posting, but if you're in with a shot at the prizes, you need to keep monthly posts going, including for the last place prize. Only 4 months to go, so a measly 4 posts to contribute for the health of the wonderful ASF!

Well Mick if those that don't or won't post their measly thoughts on their selections they should be given the flick and those that have run with the Comp rules are left in and then the Comp stays alive with the serious contenders.

Farmerge sometimes life or should I say, just living MUST take precedence over posting in the comp. I’m one who has failed to post every month missing June and therefore ineligible for a prize. I don’t enter for the money, I find it a useful exercise to see what others are thinking about the year ahead and for ideas on where best to allocate funds. Call it research in a collective thought bubble.
I’m still going to post till the year end and don’t think I should be given the flick.

@Als2own I am not in it for the prize just the fun of the Competition. Of course if I jag top spot well and good.
I agree with you about what is important in life.
When I had my heart surgery earlier this year I was unable to keep to the Comp rules and got my son to message Mick asking for a month's reprieve.
Not that hard
