Re REE reversal:

"requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising."
Trust it to be my pick, it was going OK too.

RareX Enters Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Gega Elements to
Develop Australia’s First Integrated Gallium Supply Chain

Highlights
• RareX and Gega Elements enter a strategic agreement to develop a vertically integrated gallium extraction and refining capability in Australia
• Gega Elements is a materials science innovator, advancing proprietary gallium refining technology developed through dedicated industrial R&D and technology development programs
• Gallium is a critical input in semiconductors, defence electronics, and advanced communications, with global supply heavily concentrated in China
• Agreement positions RareX to unlock value from gallium at its Cummins Range and Khaleesi Projects while contributing to national critical mineral resilience

RareX Limited has executed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Australian technology company Gega Elements Pty Ltd, a pioneer in gallium extraction technologies. Gega Elements is developing next-generation gallium refining solutions based on proprietary materials science research. Its approach focuses on creating a cost-effective, environmentally responsible, and sovereign-controlled processing pathway — one that could establish Australia’s first domestic gallium production capability.

Under the agreement, RareX and Gega will collaborate to combine RareX’s gallium-bearing samples from the Cummins Range and Khaleesi Projects with Gega’s advanced refining methods to evaluate and ultimately commercialise a fully integrated gallium supply chain.

Strategic Objectives of the Collaboration:
• Technical validation of RareX gallium samples through Gega’s bench-scale refining platform
• Integration of results into techno-economic modelling for RareX’s broader project assessments
• Joint development of bespoke refining flowsheets for RareX’s resource characteristics
• Coordination of government grant applications and engagement with strategic end-users
• Pathway toward a binding commercial agreement upon successful technology demonstration.

Re REE re-assay result revelation

High Grade Gallium Re-assay Results at Cummins Range

Highlights
• Assays for the first 15 drill holes have been received for the initial 58 drill hole re-assaying program - further assaying will be reported in due course.
• Historical drill holes contain values up to 6,826 g/t Ga2O3
• Significant gallium intercepts from re-assaying of pulps include:
o 60m at 99 g/t Ga2O3, 3% TREO and 195 g/t Sc2O3 from 29m, including 33m at 115 g/t Ga2O3, 4.72% TREO and 258 g/t Sc2O3
o 50m at 68 g/t Ga2O3, 2% TREO and 227 g/t Sc2O3 from 47m, including 5m at 113 g/t Ga2O3, 10.2% TREO and 420 g/t Sc2O3
• These results confirm the unexpected discovery of gallium at Cummins Range in April made from re-analysis of historical data. This puts Cummins Range as potentially the highest grade and most advanced gallium deposit in Australia whilst remaining one of Australia’s most significant undeveloped rare earth deposits.

Geesh, they just did one in May. Yikes! Taking advantage of REEs staying the flavour of the months.

RareX Raises $2 Million
Highlights
• Firm commitments received to raise A$2 million from new and existing institutional, sophisticated and professional investors.
• Strong institutional investor interest, at a 12% premium to the 15D VWAP, highlights the quality and scale of RareX’s emerging rare earths portfolio.
• The further funding allows for additional capability for various exploratory and corporate work streams primarily:
o Explore Mt Mansbridge for heavy rare earths
o Advance and licence the Cummins Range carbonatite (rare earths, gallium, scandium, phosphate)
o Continue to prosecute the Mrima Hill carbonatite proposal in consortium with Iluka Resources (rare earths and niobium)

RareX Limited has received firm commitments to raise A$2 million (before costs) via a share placement to institutional, sophisticated and professional investors at A$0.022 per share with approximately 90.9 million new fully paid ordinary shares to be issued. The Placement included a one (1) for two (2) free-attaching option exercisable at A$0.035 and expiring 36-months from the issue. It is proposed that the Attaching Options will be listed subject to satisfying ASX requirements and shareholder approval in late August.

The Placement saw strong support from existing shareholders and new investors, with demand significantly exceeding shares available under the offer.

... we'll be back

.... Looks like somebody forgot to close the door at the meeting!! I'm guessing the CR price at 1.9 cents??

0.022 is better than my guess. Should recover ok from there you'd think. The SP spike pre cap-raise still had a leaky boat feel to it though.

80M shares purchased at 0.022 by the Sophs ... The market depth has around 8M on offer for less than that and hardly a nibble

Couple that with the leaky boat spike just before the CR ... It feels like the little guys might be being worked over with this share.:shifty:

Currently has a "money for the boys" feel about it. Hopefully I'm off the mark.
