Halt ! Who goes there.

I suspect my pick in the comp may be the victim of "buy on the rumour, sell on the fact".

p2 goes on to say:

1. The Company requests a trading halt immediately pending the release of an announcement regarding an update on the VHD pilot plant.

.
must be a few whispers about...
...at least it's not a capital raise

If it is a goer on the wet lines they are working on, the VHD plant, and it's not too far off real world implementation the price may go up.

It's graphite not graphene a fact on whose importance I am totally clueless but I could carry on a reasonable conversation on it that would take me to a free dinner and drinks on the first day of a conference.

Indeed.

  • Dry testing successful
  • This oresent testing is wet testing
  • Next is small scale production
It is a good company but I still haven't got my money back from when I bought on FOMO on last good news. At one stage I was near 90% down. Only reason I didn't sell was a/ it happened quickly so couldn't sell at a reasonable loss and b/ I believe their bull****.

Only time will tell.

VHD TECHNOLOGY PILOT PLANT EXCEEDS INDUSTRY BENCHMARKS ON FIRST COMMISSIONING RUN
- First production of VHD graphite test blocks from Line 1 at the Company’s pilot plant in New South Wales, has been successfully completed, yielding 12 test samples which generated exceptional results that exceed industry benchmarks with zero optimisation. This achievement represents a significant milestone in the wet commissioning process.
- Initial coin-sized test samples (25mm diameter, 4–7mm thickness) were created. Future samples will include a range of sizes specifically for testing purposes.

.21c atm. Hopefully GCM will gain a few more kopeks. I am close to even money on this hound and may even start to mix it with the Competition experts and leaders.

I will upload the full announcement which is a worthwhile read. If, and it is still an if, further testing pans out as I hope, this will be a significant change in the processing of graphite worldwide.

A$7.0 Million Institutional Placement to Advance VHD Graphite Technology Through to First Revenue
- Green Critical Minerals has received binding commitments for a two-tranche Institutional Placement to raise A$7.0 million at A$0.012 per share.
- Placement was strongly supported by a number of highly reputable domestic and offshore institutional investors including new cornerstone investor Terra Capital, an Australian specialist investment manager.
- Very High Density graphite blocks offer superior heat transfer properties and precise heat dispersion, making them ideal for modern thermal management needs across a broad range of high-demand sectors, including automotive, aerospace, industrial, laboratory and medical, manufacturing, marine, defence, and consumer electronics.
- Results have demonstrated strong commercial viability, scalability and high-performance ability of VHD Technology and to significantly outperform traditional heat management materials.
- Green Critical Minerals continues to receive strong inbound customer interest, including a formal request for product samples from a leading European and United Kingdom thermal management solutions provider, a collaboration agreement with leading Australian Data Centre Provider, GreenSquareDC, and preliminary discussions with global semiconductor manufacturers.
- Funds will predominately be used to accelerate commercialisation of the VHD graphite technology as Green Critical Minerals engages with potential customers through the customer qualification and acceptance stage, executes sales agreements, and targets first revenue for the first half of 2026.

I'm not a happy chappie as this offer was not made to existing holders.

The VHD technology is becoming more attractive to the major IT players I am told on another stock site. What would they know? However the sp is showing some nice buying lately.

From what I understand the VHD technology has been patented and the push now is to get further proof of the tech at larger scale and partners in the data centre space particularly which is the end point of GCM’s interest rather than just graphite per se. Thermal management which is huge problem in modern tech is the addressable problem.

GCM continues it's bullish move on no news gaining 5.536% today at 0.029.The volume is reasonably decent with buyers and sellers behaving like proper ladies n gents exchanging scip at ever increasing price.

It has been 80c many years ago when it was called Krucible, or Top Tung or Chase Mining with phosphate hopes. All is steady now with the VHD graphite technology leading us sinners out of the desert as Green Critical Minerals GCM.

A chart.

The RSI is in overbought at 75 but it has been before and price is still advancing. Presently 0.033. Quite a bullish chart I must say. I initially bought it for the graphite production which is still being mined but the VHD technology ( see previous posts ) seems to be the main reason for the rise in price atm. Data centres and crypto centre cooling is the name of the game atm. Any mention of that sends the price crazy. If this were a US stock the price would be in multiple dollars.

I just need to be more patient. i hold. it could go either way. A happy gg or a despondent one. Good bullish volume this morning.
