I don't know the 'best' one. You need to choose one with the features that are important to you.

For me that's low brokerage, definitely DMA and a good platform.
Not important are interest rates on margin, special information, education, help, etc.

You might have different requirements and it's quite likely that with experience your requirements will change too.
