On ASX website, type in the company name or ticker.
There is a list of announcements.
Annual reports or prospectuses can be found there as announcements or on each individual company website, which will usually have the same announcements documents.
Commsec has an "about" tab on every ASX company which gives a brief outline of what they do. QuickFS which is a paid service with 10 year fundamentals, also has a business summary section. I would be surprised if other brokers dont also have this available.
