This approach "reverse blocking" effectively revokes the other member's privilege to read his posts when they temporarily "remove" their two-way block to view his content.In other words, if only one person initiates a block, they (the blocker) can simply in a sneaky way "temporarily remove the block", allowing them to read his posts when they want to "at will". After they have done so, they then have the option to re-establish the block to "retain control".As I read it, the captain wants notification when a "two-way" block is initiated on him so he has the right to do the same.
