I agree that a block is sometimes necessary but I think it should be the Moderators perogative.I've seen [USER=16864]@joeblow[/USER] issue warnings and if they continue to be disruptive they have suddenly disappeared, whether by their own choice or forcibly I don't know.Unfortunately people who insist on having an argument can turn others off so much that it's not worthwhile continuing an argument, even though the nuisance is not being insulting or derogatory. In those cases I think it's best to agree to disagree at some point and go on to something else.
