Actually no.If the moving average crossover system can't profit over possibly the most stable stocks from 1993-2009 (the survivors if you will), then there is no way that it can be a good system.You don't have to remove survivorship bias to prove that a system will not work, you only have to remove it to prove that it will work.Brad
