TBN - Tamboran Resources

Interesting thought process.

Interesting thought process.
Pure speculation @houtman they will have gas, the amount is unknown currently what they tested while below expected flow rates is still commercially viable, they have a contract in place with NT to provide, so it may be enough to keep the doors open and allow further exploration.

My comment about IP90 is when the institutional players will sit up and look at it.

July update.

TBN announced their IP60 results a couple of weeks ago.

They again went with an eye catching headline - SS-2H ST1 delivers Beetaloo Basin record IP60 flow rate of 6.8 MMcf/d
But when normalized to 10,000ft(an industry standard) it doesn't look so rosy.

The normalized flow rate has also fallen from just above to just below the Marcellus average.

They should have about 2 weeks left for the IP90 results.

Today they announced the MD has "stepped down"

Not held atm.

TBN released their IP90 results yesterday for the 2H well..

It is still below the 1H result, but on the positive side the flow rate is back above the Marcellus average.

Overnight in the US TBN was up only 2% to on the news to US$20.99 which equates to about 16.1c here( if my formula is right).

TBN put out a US roadshow presentation last week.
It reads as much more circumspect compared to earlier presentations.
In part they now correctly compare the latest wells to the average Marcellus well instead of above the average, and suggest the IP90 results may improve the EUR.
Given the higher costs of drilling in the Beetaloo region compared to Marcellus, TBN gonna have to work hard to get well costs down to improve NPV’s.

Anyway, see what the next 3 wells show.

Not much going on here, back to the PM’s.
