Tax claim for capital loss on collapse of BNB

Hey guys,
I'm wondering when to make a claim for capital loss on BNB? It was taken off the listings at the end of June 2009, and all my holdings have been wiped from my portfolio. Do I make a claim for last financial year or is there further administrative procedures that follow before I can claim for the loss?
Never been through this before, don't know the drill. Anyone know?

so i can claim the loss for last financial year? i didn't receive any notice to that effect, though.

As far as I am aware yes. I believe all you need is this statement from the administrators dated 11/6/09, though I am yet to meet with my accountant.

Speak to an accountant if you are unsure.
