US & EU markets were flat this morning ahead of the Fed.However the US Fed just made his announcement (he is truly a god to the US people and now the world) 'to keep rates steady' which was expected, but the surprise was that he did not express his usual bias to tighten.Markets reacted positively - all green to go. We have more steam.
