T+3 question

I understand that it takes 3 days after a trade is executed, for the transaction to complete. My question is: If I buy $10,000 worth of shares at say 10.30am, can I then sell those same shares at 11am the same day, or do I have to wait for the T+3 then sell them. Also, if I can sell them the same day, can I think execute another buy trade using the original funds?

So basically, can I buy, sell, buy, sell etc on the same day, with the same funds? Or will I need $20,000 in the account to perform to $10,000 purchases on the same day?

You can sell those shares at 11 a.m.
