Take a bow, son.You've clearly made it.Just one thing to add; theres no problems at all IMO with re-optimising your parameters with the out-of-sample data, in which case it becomes in-sample data, as long you dont do this all the time, and as long as you still have "new" out-of-sample data (or several datasets) to test the robustness of the system. As Howard pointed out, preferably this data should only be used once or the least amount of times possible.
