Star Minerals Limited is an Australian public company that was incorporated on 18 February 2021. It carries on the business of mineral exploration, focused on the exploration and evaluation of the Tumblegum South Project and the West Bryah Project (together, the Projects), located in central Western Australia.

Star Minerals has entered into the Tenement Acquisition Agreements for the acquisition of the Tenements comprising the Projects.

Star Minerals' subsidiary, White Star Minerals Pty Ltd, has agreed to acquire the Tenement comprising the Tumblegum South Project and Star Minerals has agreed to acquire the Tenements comprising the West Bryah Project.

It is anticipated that SMS will list on the ASX on 30 September 2021.

Took a month to get ready for IPO, and final hurdles cleared

SMS listed today, opened at 20c and traded in a narrow but positive range, to close at high for the day of 21.5c
 
A golder in the Murchison field. My pick for the August comp. It could be ... I won't go on, it is a coin toss with these golders. It is alive and has as good a chance as any of providing good earnings for insiders.

a) The Company is seeking a trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of a release of an announcement in response to the ASX price query and release of assay results.

gg still in the race, it would seem.
 
I have requested the ASX continue the pause until Sept 1st.

A 76% gain should get me the comp for August with SMS. And you say it's a golder eh. Well I learn summat new every day. @Dona Ferentes

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

Brings back fond memories of stealing cigarettes and half drunk gin and tonics as an eight year old. • Gold assays received from shallow close-spaced infill drilling of the mineral resource at the Tumblegum South Gold Project
• Results from exploration and sterilisation drilling around the periphery of the deposit anticipated in the coming fortnight
• Best down hole results from infill drilling include:

• Shallow gold intercepts set to improve the near surface mineralisation interpretation

Star Minerals has received the first round of assay results from drilling at its Tumblegum South Gold Project. The drilling was undertaken to provide infill data to improve the accuracy of the mineral resource estimate and to explore for potential additional lodes identified during a structural architecture review of the resource.

Managing Director, Ashley Jones commented: “We are pleased to see the quality of these first results from the Tumblegum South Gold Project drilling program. With the standout intercept so far being 5m at around an ounce of gold per tonne, Tumblegum South is proving to be an even stronger Project, with a quality gold deposit. We are completing all the necessary steps to bring the project into production and look forward to receiving and reporting on the remainder of the drilling results.”
 
Bryah holds 5.92% of gold focused Star Minerals (ASX:SMS). Star Minerals has a Mineral Resource at
Tumblegum South Gold Project and exploration prospects in the West Bryah Basin.
 
Just having a squiz at the Comp Table and it would appear that @Garpal Gumnut has lost a bit of ground so far today, but still holding a comfortable lead over the opposition.
At the steering end of the table, it just might be a battle royale between four unwashed for the inglorious honour.
 
Profit taking with this stock today. I don’t think GG needs to worry about losing any ground. He will blow everyone away this month.
 
Just realise that Star was a dart pick, I don't have any money in it. Yes I'd like to win the comp but there are more deserving than I. Or maybe not.

I wish I had bought it lol !!
