Received a glossy brochure in the mail on this piece of alleged top stock-picking software - but there's absolutely zip all on the internet about them or it. They just give an address of GPO Box 2458 Brisbane QLD 4001 and a 1300 733 192 phone.
There's also an address of level 23, 127 Creek Street Brisbane, QLD 4000

The blurb says "it's a fast accurate method of recording and charting data"

Does any body have any info?

Not much info required. If it's so wonderful why sell it to the punters instead of just using it to make an absolute motza. Best idea for the brochure is to use it in the smallest room in the house.
 
I just found the "tommorowstopstocks" brochure in the mail, followed up by a phone call. Aside from the software being expensive at $8.5k and the brochure aimed at glossy people not like me...has anyone bought this stuff and if so what have they found?
 
after agreeing to accept info pack from phone canvasser(on the assurance the pack wasn't another horse racing con) i was contacted today (15/02/07) by a slick salesman who claimed an average 18% per month return if i bought "tomorrowstopstocks. i asked whether he used the system(which claims to pick the best trades automatically each night after a few minutes scanning) and he said "hell no, i use the professional version which returns 30% + per month." then followed 5 minutes of urging to get my credit card and buy it for $8500. when i said i don't use gredit cards he suggested i apply for one and he'd call back. after a few more minutes of trying to sell it i just hit the off button on my mobile. seems like another slick parasite to me.
 
Tell you what Swhmale, send me $7500 no I'll do that for $5000, ok $3500 cash now and I can supply confirmed last year results of 540% for my proven system, I'll even throw in a set of steak knives, hows that? porkpie
 
my new friend from dalescorp just keeps on ringing, offering half price down and the rest when i've made 15k profit, only 1 licence left, sounds just like the horse tipping service to me, the glossy brochure especially, but a new set of steak knives might get me going..................nah, just kidding.

persistent mob are dalescorp, head accountant(yeah right) rang today to apologise for high pressure sales pitch from his boy patrick, then proceeded to do the same, insisting i should buy the last nsw licence for half now and half when i've turned 2k into 15k using their software, and at 18% per month that wouldn't be long.
when i hung up he rang straight back, but eventually he started to understand what "not interested" meant.
nearly worth emailing current affair to look into it, sort of lightweight crap that interests them.
 
I received a cold call from a telemarketers and because we showed a slight interest they then sent a brochure and now a Scott Michaels has non stopped rung us. Two weeks ago was the cut off for $8500 for the last license left and now being 30th of the month is now down to $1000 but on my documents it says $4250 and wants me to sign over credit card authority immediately before I miss out on this offer. Has anyone got any more information on Dales Pty Ltd or TomorrowTopStocks? Is this just a scam and has anyone been stung by this?
 
Dales is listed on ASIC government website and has been in business for almost last 10 years which gives people false sense of security. Credit Card details are passed on to another company callled Trifacta Services Limited in Vanuatu a safe haven for gambling companies (giving customer creditcard detail to others is an illegal act) outside the juricdiction of ASIC without the Card Holder's knowledge which I believe is fraud itself to start with. The relevent authorities have been notified and still waiting to hear the outcome of it all.
 
Is it just my imagination or do an unfair proportion of these get-rich-quick scemes come out of Qld addresses? Come on Qld, you're doing alright for yourself these days with real estate values finally boasting respectable numbers. Every weekend in the Sydney Daily Telegraph there would be a number of such scemes - I was always tempted but was saved by the pessimist in me.

This new one sounds very familiar to me as I helped to bail out a sucker and negotiate funds return in an arbitrary/conciliation court (don't remember exactly what they called it) about 10 years ago.

The one that I knew of was a simple program that calculated the optimum RSI indicator value for ASX stocks - for example after the scan the software would tell you that the optimium RSI level to catch a bottom/top for XYZ stock was say 85 or something. Had you bought each RSI at the optimium level over the last xx instances and sold at the other optimum level you would have made xx profits. If history would simply repeat you would make a bundle.

Saddest part of these schemes is that it tends to be the most desperate and needy people that fall for it hoping that it will be the golden goose - they run up their credit cards in the thousands then start trading the system only to lose even more, and to add insult to injury they have to pay a fortune in interest to pay off the cards.
 
I am a novice at share trading and recently inherited a share portfolio from my mother. Very stupidly I was conned into purchasing "tomorrow's top stocks" thinking it could help me manage my portfolio and give me some guidance. I have bitterley regretted it ever since. It seems to me I can get more advice etc from Commsec. Any suggestions what I should do??
 
I got the phone call as well. I asked for more info and was faxed some but not enough to convince me.
Got offered the half now and the balance when Ive made my first $15,000. He kept asking what my limit was on my credit card saying I could put some on my card and some cash.
I offered to pay the full amount when I make my first $15,000 and was asked if there was a red cross on the brochure I said no, he said 'thats because we are not a charity'.
He even he would put his left N*t on the line if it wasn't a good deal. He kept calling and calling and got ruder every time.
He was not happy when I refused saying 'If it is so good you wont have any trouble selling it to the next person you call'.
 

stock newbie, it's easy for those parasites to put their testicles on the line when the yellow slimey mongrels don't have the balls in the first place. it took me days to give them the flick, but i think they've passed my details on because i get a new get rich quick investment scheme phonecall at least twice a month. i'm very sorry for you, vivienne, i hope dalescorp is put out of business soon so others aren't conned like you were.
 
Hi everybody I am unhappy to report that these people know seem to be operating here in england under the name of PCAA ltd selling tomorrows top stocks. I wish I'd found this site a bit sooner. Can any body tell me what if any action was taken by the authorities against these people. Ooes anybody know if it is actually a genuine charting program or just a random generator.

If they're operating out of Australia and do not hold an AFSL, then you can make complaints via the ASIC website. If they are targeting Australian's from o/sea's, then there is not much ASIC can do, although they will inform the regulatory body in that country.
 
I have written to Dales and asked to be refunded. Needless to say they refused. I want to take it further but I don't really know which way to turn. Any ideas?? These people have to be stopped!!!
