Ive done alot of work with QIC in victoria with watergardens and woodgrove. I can tell you what they have done with watergardens particularly is good. It has been rapidly expanded since opening. All projects delieved on time and on budget. Watergardens has quickly become one of the biggest shopping centres in the area. My experience with them is their smooth operators. Very shrood management. Cost control seems to be very important.
Woodgrove was almost dead before they refurbed it and put cinemas in now it also is a bussling little place.
