OCT - Octava Minerals

Octava Minerals Limited (OCT) is an exploration and resource development company. Octava has assembled rights to acquire interests in a portfolio of tenements in prospective mineral exploration properties in Western Australia for the purposes of the exploration for lithium, Platinum Group Metals (PGMs), nickel sulphide and gold.

The Company's tenements are strategically located and have a geological provenance that indicates their exploration prospectivity and their potential for discovery of economic mineralisation.

The portfolio comprises three main Project areas: - East Pilbara: Talga – lithium and gold. - Kimberley: Panton North and Copernicus North – nickel and PGM’s. - Yallalong: Yallalong – PGE’s, gold and nickel sulphides.

The Company’s flagship project is the East Pilbara Talga project, where exploration programs will primarily target lithium.

It is anticipated that OCT will list on the ASX during September 2022.

Octava Drilling for high grade Antimony in WA Market cap of 8 million appears very low given current Antimony sentiment and pricing.

Drill results due in coming days/weeks.

Antimony in WA

has yet to run like other stocks but being in WA should be easier to mine and get permits than other antimony stocks

Highlights
- Exploration drilling at the Yallalong antimony project in the mid-west of WA is on track and progressing as planned.
- Drilling at the Discovery antimony prospect, where historic drilling recorded significant high-grade intercepts including 7m @ 3.27% antimony (Sb) is almost complete.
- The rig will shortly relocate 2km north along strike to the second antimony target, Central, and commence drilling.
- Field observations have confirmed the presence of antimony mineralisation in drill holes as expected.
- Completion of two metallurgical core test holes at the Byro REE/Li project with samples to be submitted for chemical analysis followed by minerals extraction studies by CSIRO.

Highlights
- Octava Minerals (ASX:OCT) has reached agreement with Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) for the sale of the Talga Project in the Pilbara.
- Global Lithium to pay Octava $200,000 in cash and $200,000 worth of Global Lithium ordinary shares for 100% of the project.
- Global Lithium has a large tenement holding adjoining the Talga Project to the south that includes the Archer Lithium resource (18Mt @ 1% Li2O) and highly prospective gold and base metals targets.

Interesting, (well, for me anyway) … I flagged in the breakout thread and it now it went on with it on a down day, up 9%.

Drill results are now due in late January

Market cap very small for Antimony prospect.
