I moved to Switzerland from Australia at the end of 2012. We still have property in Australia and will return in about 3-4 years.
I have some money in a Westpac share trading account that I am currently using to trade shares online (shares are all held for less than 12 months).
As I am registered as a non-resident for Australia, do I pay tax on the profit from this trading in Australia or in Switzerland where we currently reside?
