Just wanted to know what kind of things I can find out by getting in touch with Investor relations of a company?
I want to find out how much it would cost company A to implement a computer system into its customers company (Company B) so company B can use the product of company A.
The reason I want to find this out is so I know if the cost of changing from one service provider to another is high, in which case company B would most likely stick with company A. I mean if company C provides same product as company A, company B is less likely to change to company C if the price of implementing the required systems is very high.
Could investor relations tell me this? Or would this info be in annual reports etc.
