Markrmau,Have you confirmed that your OS & browser settings are compatible with the commsec site? In the bottom lefthand corner you can check the minimum requirements for commsec - I have a computer at home that wont loan chat or charts on commsec because the browser is the wrong sort and I have difficulty in re-installing a newer one. From discussion with other commsec users, this seems to be a common problem.
