hi guys
i was wondering how to change my dividends payment..
right now it's dividends re-investing and i want to change it to direct credit to one account
does anyone know how to change it?

Usually it is done on line through the company that is managing your companies shares i.e. computershare so first you need to find which company is managing your companies shares then go to their home page and follow the prompts

What stocK? if the share registry is Computershare its easy changed online...if its any of the others its a pain in the ass snail mail/phone call exercise, i complained to Suncorp investor relations the last time i had to deal with the incompetence that is Link market services. :bbat:

You can update your bank details through payment instructions on Link Market Services. You just have to cancel the DRP through a form, rather than online

so to cancel the DRP do i have to contact the link market shares or the company itself for the cancellation form?

bluescope steel limited - BSL
i think its share registry is not with computershare but with link market services..
so since it's not with computershare i guess i will do the same thing as you hehe:eek:
anyway does this mean i have to contact bluescope's investor centre or the link market service?

no, you can print the form off from the Link website. Once you have logged into the Investor Centre, select the particular company, and then on the right hand side choose 'update your details' and then 'payment instructions'. That will bring up the Reinvestment plans the company has and you can open and print the PDF from there.
Also, you can update your bank account details on that page as well.

I found its best to avoid dealing with Link as much as possible :disgust:...i also found out (no thanks to Link or in fact Suncorp investor services) that Suncorp actually have a copy of the form i was after on there web site.

And after 5 minutes of searching ive found out that so do Bluescope :)
