Toucher, perhaps you are misunderstanding the 'ex dividend' date.
Yes, that was today, 11 February 2008 ,but the ex-dividend date is not the same as the payment date which is 29 February 2008.
What the ex-div date denotes is that if you buy the stock after that date you are buying without the dividend being attached to it. If you owned it prior to 11 February you will receive the dividend payment on/about 29 February.
