CHESS account holding SEA rights issue?

Who knows which way a stock will ultimately go right..but anyone out there from Aus/NZ with CHESS account holding SEA able to get the rights issue?

Just updating this thread in order to close the topic.. after originally getting the ineligible shareholder notice I received an entitlement form in the mail today. A bit late now but got half a handful of shares at the same price on the open market anyhow..
