Building up small holdings

W e have inherited shares in about 25 different companies (all ASX listed), but some are very small holdongs (less than 100) and we'd like to add to them. We're not looking for a site that we need to trade on regularly, but initially to build up the smaller lots. What's a good site to do that on? Would we be charged for trades on each share or can one place an order for say shares in half a dozen companies on a single trade? As you can see we're very newbies and would appreciate any advice.
