Wanted to get your thoughts on how best to convert currencies for trading.
I was under the newbie impression that Citibank global account currency conversion rates are quite good. However, a family member had a commsec account and I noticed the wholesale rate they offer with the 0.60% spread was still surprisingly better thank Citibanks.
Hearing IB is quite good to convert to US for trading in US exchanges and then converting back to AUD when required?
