Been on a upward trend last few months, from a low of 0.87c in May, to last close of $1.49.
So back to Square-1, of the original IPO it seems.
I became aware of the existence of this stock when my 'Super fund (Australian Ethical) increased their holding from 8% to 10.5%
an increase of two million shares. Whether or not that change in substantial holding is the driver of the upward run I can't tell : the notice of increase of substantial holding doesn't say anything about the manner in which the shares were obtained other than to reflect a single high-volume of 2 million shares on 11th August 2023.
So I suppose that means this was an off-market trade?
Looking at company announcements, and their website doesn't tell me much about their products, other than they like pretty colours and buzzwords, and before you dismiss me a babe in the woods as far as hi-falutin' business software systems go, I'm a programmer in the financial and legal space.
With a Market Cap of 133 million at current valuation, and for all their buzz-words about corporate management systems, they are presumably selling something more meaningful than a digital-content management system. (I used to work in that space too).
So I'll keep my eye on it: if I had more time I'd try to comprehend their products.
Memo Ansarada: giving yourself a 3-letter stock code of AND makes you bloody difficult to find when search for articles which include "AND".
Perhaps I should put that down to your sense of humour?
