Absolutely, the logic is the same. But in a practical sense - Weekly traders usually have access to daily data and the capacity to trade EOD. Far fewer EOD traders have intra-day data and the capacity to monitor and place intra-day trades.If you felt I was looking down on weekly traders, my apologies, that's not what I meant.
