I have also recieved a refund from Dales after a few 'friendly' calls to them by a friend of mine. I got the cheque the next day! Good luck to anyone else waiting for a refund. Don't give up, put the pressure on them and they will break!! Vivienne

Yes I certainly would be interested in getting involved in an action against them. Keep me informed! I tried to get a refund but no luck so far. We all need to stick togther on this one and put a stop to this scam once and for all!
