This ann doesn't really seem like good news to me - an additional 123 M shares = maybe 10% dilution.... the 23M were issued at a price of around 65 cents according to my calcs... I guess market got wind of an announcement and thought is was the big one...

Re: BGD - Boulder Steel I cant see any mention of an expected issue price. All they say is that it will not be lower than 80% of the average price over the 5 previous days of trading...... Where are you getting this info Chief..?
