After listening to Dr Marc Faber and Jim Rogers I'm quite scared by what might be coming.
I'd like to buy some plaine tradable physical silver to protect myself.

Re: OIL AGAIN!
China remains as a wild card. The past years growth was mainly driven by the export led activities. around 50% of the products made in China are sold overseas, of which 1/3 is to the US. domestic consumption is weak and remains weak until the gov. can dish out a proper welfare...

Re: SBM - St. Barbara Mines
I've been waiting for this moment for ages, but when it has come I've rather become jittered. But i believe the gold price is to go up in trend if not to erupt, so this does provide fundamentals to the company.
What's your guys target price for selling SBM? in...
chinese will get so many bargains if other keep on selling. mgx mmx atlas, etc u name it. they got a sovereign wealth fund that is big enough to buy multiple of BHPs.
i think whoever sold mmx below 2 were irrational and shortsighted. but of course with such a bargain i'd be happy to double my position. just hope the chinese wont do it before me. if you havent been to china, i can re-assure you, china is huge, and they dont have rich ores. So, hold on tight!!!
Re: SBM - St. Barbara Mines
What's going on here, trading at a price like a to-be-bankrupt company. i think if the company can hold on until this selling frenzy pass off there would be a great come back. there shouldnt be any solvency issue? any1 knows why Duetsche bank gives 0.3 price target?
Re: SBM - St. Barbara Mines
Duetsch bank gave the latest target price at 0.3. Goldman gave at 0.6+, other smaller ones all gave 0.6 or above i remember. source: blommberg terminal
I worked at ANZ, there was an old lady handing over me a cheque to Bell Potter, which is her broker, of 20 or 30k to buy ANZ shares through Bell Porter at price of $23. that was in February. Then I cant remember clearly on which case, maybe Allco or BNB, Bell potter was publically critisized for...
Hey sunboy, I found this tread when i was doing research on DYE. yeh i heard of SOO before but havent done any research on it yet. Did u buy when the price was like 0.20c 2 years back? are you still holding it and wanting to buy more? Why SOO performed so poorly over the years? I believe you...
There was an article on Kitco.com a few days ago saying the Australian junior gold miners have been hit very hard and believing it has been a serious over reaction. Now I believe SBM is a super bargain, for even Macquarie believes the price shouldn't go below 40c.
