What I am confused with, that announced in their annual report about the share placement, but they haven't specifically told the market (through a specific announcement) about the placement. I would have thought this is pretty major news, to announce it in a minor line item in the annual report...
Re: PNA - Pan Australian Resources
The market hasn't reacted at all, and PNA is trading at 32c, probably due to the lower mineral prices over the last couple of days. Do you see the price increasing after the rights offer is closed?
This is pretty popular theory and has worked well over the years on the ASX as well as the NYSX. This is a common description of the Dogs of the Dow:
"According to The Dogs of the Dow investment strategy popularized by Michael O’Higgins in 1991, an investor should annually select for...
Re: Newera Uranium
I put my offer (priority) in on the first day, should be interesting. I think YT you have similar thoughts to myself. The risks involved are the same as any of the other uranium companies that have floated this year, and we have all seen their performaces on listing...
Re: PNA - Pan Australian Resources
I see that Pan are capital raising at 30c per share via a 4 for 5 rights issue. Lets hope we don't see the price crash too much when they come out of trading halt.
This company is set to list on the ASX and a prospectus was issued late last week. It is being spun off by Cazaly Resources. With all the uranium hype this year, and the big returns for those that jumped on their floats, does anyone think it is worth trying my luck? I tried to get shares with...
I'd wait until the end of the week and see what happens with the commodities. I wouldn't be selling if I held the stock, but averaging down. The long term is still good for the miners I think.
Just interested if people are going to try and get on this new uranium offering. Prospectus comes out this wednesday (17.05.06) and shares will be offered for 50c, with priority going to Cazaly (CAZ) shareholders. The last one listed was U3O8 which had a huge premium when it was admitted to...
I'm surprised at the lack of interest in CAZ. GIR had a big run after they announced U308 and it was consitant up until the float. Do think CAZ has any legs in it?
Re: BCD - Beaconsfield Gold
Does anyone think this mine will reopen. I have a good source from who works at an insurance broker and he told me there is no way they will insure a mine located amongst moving ground. What do you think?
I've only used Comsec to trade internationally but I reckon its too expensive. I was considering setting up a ameritrade account as I have US citizenship, I just was unaware of the tax implications involved.
