After many attempts trying to contact them I finally got through to the chat support. Yes there is an issue with their historical data server, :( they are working on fixing it. I can now stop :banghead: checking my firewall, computer etc.

Anyone else having problems loading FX history into Ninja? Worked well every morning thus far. This morning NT just displays "Loading data $EURUSD at 26/05/2011" and does so for the other symbols when I abort the task. Thanks Thomas

I get the ? usually when one of the farms losing the connection. Just chatted to Tech Support, they seem to think it is my ISP. Just wondering what ISP are you using? I am with Optus (Cable).

Anyone else having problems today, with Market Data Connections dropping out continously. I first thought the problems is related to my internet, but my internet connection is fine. Every couple of minutes one of the connections to their data farms drops out and re-connects after a short while.

I am able to log back in again, once they resolved the HK issue, so I believe I am connected to the HK server. I have never experienced that they are dropping my stops at 4pm or b4 DST at 2pm, I do experience however some of their data feeds dropping for a couple of minute or so and then coming...

Hi TWS kicked me out just before 4pm and now I am unable to login. Anyone else with this problem? Is there server down or is there another server we can connect to? Thomas

I figured it out, for stop orders IB is using the Ask price and it seems for Limit orders it is using the bid. Thanks

Are you using the live data feed to IB? I am currently using Market Analyst and have issues with history of the live feed not being loaded when creating new charts, volume not being correct for historic bars (intraday) and some other minor things. So I am thinking of switching to NinjaTrader...
