I've been a holder since IPO. I worked for them at the time. Because of that I believe in the management. Which is indecently by far the biggest share holders.

Allied Gold (ALD) made a offer for Australian Solomons Gold (ASG - Canada) with ASG investors getting .85 of an ALD share. ASG's biggest share holder with ~48% holding, already agreed in principal and deposited their shares in and holding account. Some conditions apply.

I find it very funny that these show will show you how bank A does not care for you and in the ad break you will see an ad for .... bank A.
The other night they had a show on how glasses have up to 11k% profit and 10 minutes later they advertised one of these same companies.
In the end we are going to pay them for the air we breath in this land.
The sooner they are made full and equal citizens like the rest of us and go under the same rule and law as us the better.

Well we are into Feb now. Imminent is what the quarterly report said. That could be very subjective.
Let's hope with the new CEO the delays come to an end.
Dion, management is going to be the key still as these guys get ready to produce they miss target dates etc. and the market punish the sp. so be ready for it and keep your ear on the ground.
I don't think so. I believe you are always selling the oldest items first it is part of the FIFO rule.
The other thing to note here is that if you transfer into a joint name there are going to be CGT implications as well. IE I think you are effectively selling half at the current market...
So now there are two people selling the same stock high in the hope to buy it low again. So it does sound like it is skewing the market into the selling side. But it does bring more liquidity.
Is there any time frame on these transactions? Could I short and then just hang on to this...
