Hi, I am looking into crowdfunding real estate. Anyone invested in this and have experience or advice you can offer? Any real estate people have advice to offer? Seems like most projects you can invest in are apartment blocks – isn't there due to be an over-supply of these? Yes, the property market has gloom around it, which is why I'm looking at this rather than traditional real estate – I'm happy to loose $1k rather than $100k.

    - Whats your average percentage return you received (before and after fees)?
    - Can you recommend a crowdfunding website you find good? Or bad ones you know of?
    - Do you find the investment returns any better than stocks, etfs, term deposits? I've done some P2P investing and after fees the returns are not that better than a savings account.

    I do some property development.
    No time to answer fully.

But Briefly can be a way of breaking into property but the return will be minor
The risk will be substantial if in apartment blocks. (Multi). Particularly Melbourne and Sydney.
