Not that I am aware of. But check other big international brokers like Schwabb.

Be careful of local brokers that may allow the Nordic NASDAQ. Their commissions may seem attractive, but they screw you on the exchange rate, often 3% or so from the spot rate. IB are as close to the spot rate as you will get. You may find IB's $120 per year minimum fee cheap by comparison. I once did a comparison of buying Apple on IB vs. Commsec. IB costs $1 commission (up to 200 shares) and Commsec, when you allowed for their gouging on the exchange rate, were actually costing several hundred dollars for the same trade.
