Silver, physical shortage

Does anyone still buy physical silver? It must be quite heavy to store. I guess coins would be the best way to store small amounts but going on what has been said about gold coins on other threads, silver coins may not be much chop for value when selling.

Silver is also staying above $36, which is good news for you silver investors.

I've only bought a few silver coins from the Mint in 2oz and 1oz just for fun and add to the treasure chest for the nieces and nephew to dig out of the beer garden at the RIH in 30 years or so. No intention of cashing them in, but to hand them on. I have Kangaroos and Koalas. Waiting for the next Aussie icon to be available to add to the stash.
