Maybe a little bit of an alarmist heading but according to this report Iran nicked into Iraq and occupied one of it's largets oil fields for THREE days!

Apparently, they are still on Iraq soil as well????

I would have thought this was an act of war???

Crude prices rose on Friday after Iranian troops crossed into Iraq and seized an oil field.

Iraq's Deputy Foreign Minister, Mohammed Haj Mahmoud, said Iranian soldiers had surrounded a well in the al-Fakkah oil field, 320 km southeast of Baghdad. It is one of the country's largest oil fields.

The troops occupied the oil well for three days before leaving the facility.

They remain on Iraqi soil, Iraq's government spokesman said on Sunday.

I for one have been very surprised by how little coverage this has been given. It's as if the western world has been so preoccupied with Copenhagen that the 'incident' has flown under the radar.
Perhaps it will be given more attention this week in the vacuum of news that usually occurs during the holiday period.

They are going to test out president Peace Prize. And they are going to find him weak and wanting. Then it's open season. **** is about to hit the fan all over.

There is talk of a big terrorist attack planned for Great Britain (and other western nations.)

Flashpoints are all over the place:

-Chavez is gearing up for war with Columbia
-N Korea / South Korea, Kim is ready to rumble. Anyone notice events between those two countries this year? Ships being seized, etc?
    -China / Taiwan
-Russia / Georgia (troops on the border, have been there for some time. Russia adopting doctrine of pre-emptive nuclear strike.)
    -Russia / Ukraine
-Mexico collapse on the cards (influx into America)
    -Israel / Iran
    -Iran / Iraq
    -Pakistan / India.

There are others I've probably forgotten. Did you know that Yemen was attacked?

Buckle your seat belts people. The era of "hope and change" has arrived.

Ever wonder how WW2 would have looked if everyone had nukes at the start of it? Dirty bombs? Chemicals?

    But shhh. Tiger Woods anyone?
