The objective of Evans & Partners Global Disruption Fund is to provide investors with capital growth over the long-term through exposure to companies that will benefit from disruptive innovation.

Complementing a relatively large exposure to major listed global companies will be a selection of smaller positions identified by the Investment Manager that have the potential to successfully disrupt existing industries and companies.

It is anticipated that EGD will list on the ASX during July 2017.

On January 29th, 2021, Evans & Partners Global Disruption Fund (EGD) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, after security holders resolved to remove EGD from the Official List.
