Following its demerger from lluka Resources Limited, Deterra Royalties will be the largest royalty company listed on the ASX.

Deterra's cornerstone asset is the MAC Royalty, which is expected to produce sustainable long term cash flows, with potential for future growth through asset life extensions and further exploration success.

In addition, Deterra will have a portfolio of five other significantly smaller royalties previously held by Iluka. Over time, Deterra will seek to expand its portfolio through the acquisition of high quality royalty assets that are value accretive and consistent with Deterra's objective to maximise long term value for shareholders.

It is anticipated that DRR will list on the ASX during October 2020.

S&P Dow Jones Indices says it will add Iluka Resources' iron ore spin-off Deterra Royalties to the S&P/ASX200 Index.

It will be added to the benchmark index before the opening of trade on October 23 at a zero price.

The index compiler says there will be no removal from the S&P/ASX200 Index as a result of the inclusion of Deterra Royalties.

---- this should see some support !!!

Closed at 4.60, this is a bit of a bond or term deposit proxy, FF dividends i would imagine, 100% profit payout policy.
