With the potentially impending reliance on Australia being the 'food bowl' for Asia and surrounds I was wondering if anyone knew of any ASX listed Stocks that have exposure to future demand in this area, or any advice? Thanks

Nice list. You might like to add; BFC, SM1, SFG, CGC, SHV,
I also include a few agricultural stocks as well; RFF, WBA (As they go with AAC, GNC, ELD)

Others, anybody?

yep, just thought of that.

Here is my latest list
Most are in the XSJ Consumer Staples subindex, but unfortunately that is dominated by retail COL, WOW, CCL, TWE etc

There are some intermediate sized ones , long established,
…. thinking NUF, RFF, WBA, AAC, GNC, ELD, BGA, RIC

Then you get to the pointy end, where slips are a-plenty

BFC, CGC, SHV, FRM, and who could forget FNP.

Small niche GDA. MBH, UMH

The milkers. A2M, BUB, SM1

The seafood ones : HUO, TGR, SFG,CSS, MCA

Tassie specialists PFT, TFL,

Also WOA and ROO

And one ASX listed ETF .... FOOD (Global Agriculture Commodities Currency Hedged)

a good time to be on the land?

“Strong demand for agricultural, off-the-road and 4WD tyres as farm output and regional economic activity reached levels not seen for many years."
Market Announcement, National Tyre & Wheel Ltd

“We’re seeing excellent demand for high quality Australian grain, particularly with recent weather-related crop production challenges in the northern hemisphere, and July delivered our biggest month of contracted sales on record”
Robert Spurway, CEO, GrainCorp Ltd

“Our agri-food production sector is now the nation’s highest employer, providing 600,000 jobs, many in country areas… Food production is not only our biggest industry, but it’s our biggest manufacturing sector”

while not a traditional agri. share CLV has done very well for me

( they sell additives to the powdered milk industry )

also D2O trades water rights ,probably a little over-valued , currently

i also hold SHV , GNC , RFF and SGLLV
