    Easy - half the population would become 71 and go straight on the pension :D

    Saw a mobility scooter at the Shops yesterday, its plates were "old fart".

    You weren't in S.E.Qld yesterday were you Homer?

    If there was an old bloke on the scooter, trying to work out how to use Tinder, it was probably me.:(

    In all seriousness, I think the problem is younger Managers don't want to hire a possibly more experienced person who could be a threat to them.
    It needs to be a policy coming from the top like Bunnings has. I heard Gerry Harvey raving about older workers and how much better they are although I don't recall a lot of older Harvey Norman employees when I've been in there.
